Having the birth experience you want begins with understanding your options and then communicating your wishes clearly to your entire team. In a birth consultation, you’ll meet for 30 minutes with an experienced doula who will help you clarify your preferences and create a detailed birth plan you can take to doctors, midwives, and the hospital. You’ll receive both a print and PDF version of the plan.

Postpartum Consultation

$25

Knowledge and preparation play key roles in your mental health after birth. Research shows that just 15 minutes of planning can decrease the likelihood of postpartum depression. In this consultation, you’ll meet with an experienced doula and create a personalized strategy for the first months at home with your new baby. The session includes education about multiple resources available to new parents.
